The following transactions are development projects completed by STK for and on behalf of clients, or as principals.
STK served as fee developer for Eisenhower Park, a 40,000 square foot Class A office space development in the Westshore/Airport area of Tampa. The building houses Mainsail Lodging & Development headquarters and the Southern Regional headquarters for the Girls Scouts.
STK assembled and negotiated the sale of a 34 acre site on behalf of The Cliffton Groupe, a Canadian investment group, for the development of a 200,000 sf WalMart Supercenter. The development consisted of assembling and acquiring six parcels and the buyout and re-location of City Hall for the City of Port Richey, Florida.
STK has developed over 200,000 sf of smaller office parks for medical and professional office use.

STK assembled and coordinated the land acquisition for the complex in Tampa. Development services included pre-development services and land re-zoning of nine parcels to make up the 30 acre campus-like setting. (formerly PWC training center).
